Monday, May 3rd
3:00 Check in.
4:00 Welcome gathering with light snacks and drinks.
5:00 Guided meditation and intention setting facilitated by Estair.
6:00 Dinner buffet.
8:00 Interactive music event plus drumming circle.
Tuesday, May 4th
8:00 Yoga
9:30 Breakfast buffet, including juices and smoothies.
10:30 Healthy Living: We will visit a Kabbalistic artist, hear his inspiring story and learn about his healthy lifestyle.
12:00 Healthy lunch
2:00 Free time for relaxation, exploring Tzfat, visiting galleries and shopping.
5:00 Whole food preparation and demonstration with gourmet chef Shoshanna Harrari , including dinner.
8:00 Nia dance workshop presented by Estair Kaufman
Wednesday, May 5th
8:00 Pilates
9:30 Breakfast buffet, including juices and smoothies.
10:30 Nature walk in Kadita.
12:00 Tour of organic tofu workshop in Kadita.
12:30 Lunch in Imke's rustic home including her fresh, organic tofu, fresh whole grain sourdough bread baked plus vegetables from the garden and what was harvested during our nature walk.
2:00 Fascinating glassblowing demonstration and Torah. We will learn about the connections between kabbalah and glassblowing in a beautiful Tsfat gallery.
3:30 Closing circle and good-byes.
